Who can Apply for an MMJ Card in Massachusetts?
To apply for a medical marijuana card in Massachusetts you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be 18 or older and have a Massachusetts residency. If you are under 18, you may qualify if you have a debilitating, life-limiting illness and have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
