EDIT: while it seems to have taken a review to get a person to talk to they helped me get sorted and am thankful for their work.

DO NOT USE. They take your money give you an appointment then do not follow through and your certification will lapse.

THEN they leave you on hold for 5 minutes where the system then boots you and you do not get to talk to anyone at customer service. disappointed.
