Approved Conditions
Eligible patients living in Massachusetts have access to medical cannabis if they have a condition approved by their provider or any qualifying health conditions or symptoms accepted by the Cannabis Control Commission.
The following health conditions qualify you for a Massachusetts medical cannabis card:
Cancer
Glaucoma
HIV/AIDS
Hepatitis C
Lou Gehrig’s disease (ALS)
Crohn’s disease
Parkinson’s disease
Multiple sclerosis (MS)
Other debilitating conditions as determined in writing by a certified physician.
A cannabis healthcare provider may certify a patient for any condition or symptoms at their discretion. That means even if you don’t have one of the diagnoses listed, you may still be eligible to receive a Massachusetts medical card.
Patients who do not qualify will receive a 100% refund of their appointment fee. Schedule your appointment today and get started.
